All code, binaries, source and documentation in files distributed
in the directory \PB and all subdirectories thereof are in the
PUBLIC DOMAIN.  Anyone at any time may use these in any manner they
choose.

     I would appreciate if crediting comments are retained, or
some sort of general credit is given.  These files represent a lot
of work.  The best re-payment for the use of these files is:

1. Use them and not re-invent the wheel.

2. Identify some of the missing pieces and donate code to fill the gaps.

3. Fix any bugs or make improvements and get the source back to me.

I will coordinate any code fixes and/or upgrades and will check CSERVE
daily (unless I'm traveling).  Enjoy!
